Of course 90% of the IT support contracts we service are from our standard offerings which have set SLA’s and features – some of the key features of our standard offerings are:-

  • Helpdesk: available either in office hours or 24/7 service. Whatever and whenever the issue, we guarantee that a fully trained and accredited in-house technician will be there to address it.

  • IT Support Service Level Agreements: We offer a range of SLAs, allowing the flexibility to match each client’s needs most economically. Our standard SLA includes a problem response time of 4 hours for critical issues and next business day for non-critical though we do offer response times as quick as 1hr.

  • Server Monitoring: We use a highly customised Server Monitoring system to notify us of any potential or emergent problems with your systems. Most issues are identified and rectified before you notice. In the event of a serious issue an engineer is always notified and starts work resolving the issue immediately.

  • Remote Problem Resolution: Most issues are resolved remotely, avoiding downtime and reducing resolution times.

  • On-Site IT Support: If necessary we will send one of our highly skilled engineers to your site to resolve the issue.
